District residents are invited to submit public comments on the Phelps-Clifton Springs Central School District's Smart School Improvement Plan through Wednesday, October 16. Comments can be made below on the District website, during a public hearing scheduled for 6 p.m., Monday, Oct. 7 in Room 103 at Midlakes Elementary School, 1510 State Route 488, Clifton Springs, or by calling District Office at (315) 548-6420.

Residents are encouraged to submit their name and contact information. Comments submitted through the website will not be posted online.
